This month our book isTHE GIVER OF STARS by Jojo Moyes.
Once again I read about women in history and a story that I was unfamiliar. Annoyed only by the fact that yet another, lack of knowing about women history that was not in the history I learned in school. Learning about the mule libraries within the context of Moyes’ story of Alice, Margery and the others was a joy for me. As a storyteller, Moyes, included many of the real challenges women faced during the time.
